Kuih tepung pelitaToday is the first of Ramadhan in Papua New Guinea.As like in previous years, PNG would follow Malaysia the starting of Ramadhan, that is today, Monday 1st September.I really really hope this would be last puasa in PNG as this would be my fourth year in the row.I am having people from UEM Malaysia buka puasa in my house tonight and off to terawih thereafter.Anyway, basically it is a quiet puasa in PNG, nothing special unlike back in Malaysia where we have the buka puasa buffet in hotel and ramadhan bazaar. Im sending back my wife and kids back to Malaysia on the 9/11 and would be my first after several years of puasa absence in Malaysia.Cant wait to break fast with my favourite kuih tepung pelita from Kg. Baru...hmmm...yummm...yummm
